Delete your Tru3Meta data

Use this process to request deletion of your account data, workspace content, or records associated with a connected Meta account.

Request deletion

  1. Email hello@tru3meta.com from the email address associated with your Tru3Meta account. Use the subject “Tru3Meta data deletion request.”
  2. Include your workspace name and tell us whether you want to delete only data associated with a Meta connection or your entire Tru3Meta account and workspace data.
  3. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify your identity, workspace role, and authority over shared business records.
  4. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the data covered by the request unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, audit integrity, or legal claims. We will confirm when processing is complete.

Stop Meta access immediately

A deletion request removes data held by Tru3Meta after verification. To stop future Meta API access immediately, remove Tru3Meta from your Facebook business integrations settings or revoke the permissions granted to the app. Revoking the Meta integration does not by itself delete historical records held in Tru3Meta, so submit the deletion request above if you want those records removed as well.

What a request can cover

  • Account profile and workspace membership information.
  • Encrypted Meta tokens and connection records.
  • Stored Page, ad account, campaign, insight, and lead-form records.
  • Conversations, uploads, drafts, goals, and automation definitions.
  • Approval and activity records, subject to limited retention where necessary for security, compliance, or the rights of other workspace members.

Shared workspaces and backups

Some records belong to an organization or document actions taken by multiple workspace members. We may restrict or de-identify your personal information rather than delete a shared business record when necessary to preserve other users’ records or an auditable approval history. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups until the backups expire and will not be restored for ordinary use.
