1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between the person or organization using Tru3Meta (“you”) and GoodWhale Pte. Ltd. (“Tru3Meta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Tru3Meta for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Tru3Meta provides a governed workspace for reviewing Meta advertising data, preparing campaign drafts and proposed changes, recording approvals, and sending authorized actions through Meta APIs. Features may change as the product and third-party APIs evolve.
Tru3Meta is not Meta Platforms, Inc., is not endorsed by Meta, and does not control Meta products, policies, availability, or review decisions.
3. Accounts and authorized access
- Provide accurate account and workspace information.
- Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse.
- Connect only Meta assets that you are authorized to access or manage.
- Assign workspace roles carefully; owners and administrators may authorize integrations and approve consequential actions.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your account and for your compliance with Meta terms and advertising policies.
4. Approval and advertising actions
Tru3Meta is designed to separate analysis and drafting from execution. A draft or recommendation is not an instruction to Meta. When a feature requires approval, an authorized user must review and approve the proposed action before Tru3Meta attempts the corresponding API request. You are responsible for confirming budgets, targeting, creative, legal disclosures, and campaign settings before approval.
We do not guarantee ad delivery, availability, reach, conversion volume, approval by Meta, or any financial or business result.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Tru3Meta to:
- Access assets or data without permission.
- Violate law, Meta terms, advertising policies, or third-party rights.
- Upload malware, evade security controls, probe other tenants, or interfere with service operation.
- Generate deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or prohibited advertising or collect lead data without an appropriate legal basis.
- Resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for the content and data you provide.

7. Third-party services
Tru3Meta depends on services including Meta APIs, infrastructure, databases, and AI providers. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, account enforcement, or data supplied by those services.
8. Intellectual property
Tru3Meta and its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property right is granted to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address a legal or policy requirement, respond to non-payment where applicable, or remedy a material breach. You may request data deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tru3Meta does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
